First of all one of the Students at the Academy, I am happy to say, I assisted him to become accepted to Howard University. Second, We in the San Francisco Bay Area are attempting to achieve the same results as the academy has achieved. We are hosting two College Career Tech Fairs, the first will occur in Oakland at the infamous McClymonds on April 24th; and the second will occur in Menlo Park on May 15th. Each College & Career Tech Fair is free of charge to participants, presenters, and attendees.

The objective of the College & Career Tech Fair 2010 is to inform and introduce students from the seventh grade through community colleges age range, parents, guardians, and mentors about HBCUs, Hispanic Serving Institutions, Cal State and CU schools, technical trade schools, training, and employment opportunities. The fair introduces youth to possible career paths. Last year, we featured over forty possible career paths serving hundreds of young men and women at the event in Oakland. This year, we include Menlo Park.
